Job Description

As a Human Resource Transformation Consultant at Accenture, you will be part of the HR Strategy & Transformation team, specializing in various areas within HR to help clients achieve value for their HR and Talent investments. You will have the opportunity to work globally using a distributed delivery model, including onsite, near shore, and offshore locations. **Roles & Responsibilities:** - Designing HR Operating Models, Organization Designs, and Capability Enhancement - Developing Competency Models, Assessments, and Integrating them with HR & Talent processes - Analyzing, planning, and optimizing Workforce effectiveness - Assessing, designing, and deploying HR Shared Services - Innovating and implementing HR & Talent Processes for process excellence - Designing and configuring HR SaaS processes, providing training, and enabling change **Professional & Technical Skills:** - Business Process Re-engineering knowledge and application - Experience in HR and Talent Management process design - Implementation experience of HR systems - Designing and harmonizing HR policies - Managing large HRT engagements and project management - Deployment of HR Service Delivery Models across diverse organizations - Familiarity with Cloud HR Platforms like SuccessFactors, Workday, Oracle, SAP - Understanding outsourcing business models of key HR processes - Talent Management processes including Acquisition, Performance Management, and Rewards You are expected to have a minimum of 3 years post-Masters experience in Human Resource Transformation and Talent Management projects. Comfort in engaging with C-level executives, working in diverse consulting environments, and participating in the full client engagement cycle is crucial. Additionally, you should display executive demeanor, collaborative approach, and excellent presentation skills. **Additional Information:** Focus on growing the practice by implementing strategies for productivity, utilization, and team engagement. Manage engagement risk, project economics, and account receivables. Collaborate with global sales teams to identify and win potential opportunities. Act as a counselor and coach, participate in staff recruitment and retention activities. Contribute to domain development through assets, methodologies, and research.
