HR & Training Officer

As the HR & Training Officer at Hyatt Regency Kochi, your primary responsibility will be to support the department in alignment with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards. Your role will involve ensuring the smooth operation of the Personnel Department within the Human Resources Division, under the guidance of the Human Resources Manager. The ideal candidate for this position should possess a university degree or diploma in HRM/HRD or Hospitality/Tourism management. A minimum of 2 years of experience working as a Human Resources Officer or Coordinator in a larger operation is required.
