As an HR Telecaller, your role involves making outbound calls to source and screen candidates, scheduling and coordinating interviews, maintaining candidate database, and following up until joining. You will also support bulk hiring drives and daily recruitment targets. Your key responsibilities will include: - Making outbound calls to source and screen candidates - Scheduling and coordinating interviews - Maintaining candidate database and following up till joining - Supporting bulk hiring drives and daily recruitment targets To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications: - Good communication skills - Comfortable with high-volume calling - Basic knowledge of HR/recruitment The job is a full-time position with a day shift at the office located in Vasai (W), just 5 minutes walking distance from the Railway Station.
