Role Overview: As an HR Telecaller, your primary role will involve making outbound calls to source and screen candidates. You will be responsible for scheduling and coordinating interviews, maintaining candidate databases, and ensuring follow-up until joining. Additionally, you will be supporting bulk hiring drives and meeting daily recruitment targets. Key Responsibilities: - Make outbound calls to source and screen candidates - Schedule and coordinate interviews - Maintain candidate database and follow-up until joining - Support bulk hiring drives and daily recruitment targets Qualifications Required: - Good communication skills - Comfortable with high-volume calling - Basic knowledge of HR/recruitment Location Details: The job is based in Vasai (W), just a 5-minute walk from the Railway Station. This is a full-time position with day shift working hours at the office location. Please note that the job requires 100% willingness to travel and the work is to be done in person at the office premises.,
