Role Overview: As an HR Telecaller, your primary role will involve making outbound calls to source and screen candidates. You will be responsible for scheduling and coordinating interviews, maintaining candidate databases, and ensuring follow-up until joining. Additionally, you will be supporting bulk hiring drives and meeting daily recruitment targets. This is a full-time position with day shift working hours at the office location.
