As an HR Tech Implementation Consultant at nHRMS, your role involves implementing HRMS software solutions for clients to ensure seamless adoption and optimization of HR technology. You will be responsible for the following key responsibilities: - Implementing and configuring HRMS solutions for clients - Understanding client requirements and customizing solutions accordingly - Conducting system training and user onboarding sessions - Providing post-implementation support to clients - Managing multiple implementation projects efficiently To be successful in this role, you must meet the following qualifications: - Hold an MBA in HR - Have HR internship or work experience (MANDATORY) - Possess a strong understanding of HR processes - Demonstrate excellent communication and client management skills - Exhibit proficiency in MS Excel and a problem-solving mindset - Be willing to travel occasionally for client visits nHRMS is a 360-degree HR management consulting firm and an authorized implementation partner for leading HRMS platforms such as Zoho People, GreytHR, Keka, and SHRMSPro.,
