Job Overview: We are looking for an experienced HR Talent Acquisition Executive to join our Events & Education division. This role will focus on managing the end-to-end recruitment processes for talent acquisition within the events and education teams. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding top talent, ensuring that the team is well-equipped to execute successful events and educational programs. The HR TA Executive will also collaborate closely with department heads to understand staffing requirements and help build a strong, skilled team. Key Responsibilities: Lead the recruitment efforts for the Events and Education teams, from sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and facilitating selection processes. Manage onboarding and induction programs, ensuring smooth integration of new hires into the organization. Support the creation and implementation of employee engagement strategies to foster a motivated and high-performing team within the Events & Education sectors. Ensure recruitment processes align with HR policies, labor laws, and company guidelines. Assist in developing and managing training and development programs to upskill team members within the Events & Education departments. Maintain accurate and confidential HR records and employee files. Act as the first point of contact for all HR-related queries from the Events & Education teams. Collaborate with team leaders and managers to assess staffing needs and assist in workforce planning. Monitor and track recruitment metrics, ensuring optimal hiring outcomes for the Events & Education teams. Contribute to organizing internal events and educational programs, ensuring HR compliance and logistical support. Support HR leadership in decision-making and strategic workforce planning within the Events & Education division. Requirements: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field. Proven experience in HR or talent acquisition, specifically within the events or education sectors. Experience in the luxury or fashion industries is a strong plus. In-depth knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and employee relations. Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Ability to manage multiple recruitment campaigns and work efficiently in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment. Self-motivated and results-driven, with a strong desire to contribute to employee engagement and growth. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team, collaborating with cross-functional departments. Preferred Qualifications: Experience specifically in HR functions within the events or education sectors. Familiarity with learning and development tools and performance management systems. Previous experience in the luxury fashion or media industries. High level of discretion and professionalism in managing confidential employee information.
