We’re Hiring: HR Support

Location: IT Park, Sahastradhara Road, Dehradun (Onsite)

Shift: Morning shift starting at *5:00 AM* | *9 hours/day*

Start Date: 28 January 2026 or shortly thereafter

About the Role:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and process-driven HR Support to join our team onsite in Dehradun and support our Australian operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys structured work, compliance, and coordinating end-to-end onboarding processes while working closely with an international team.

Key Responsibilities:

* End-to-end onboarding for new employees, including contracts, offer letters, position descriptions, and onboarding documentation

* Coordinate onboarding activities: collect completed forms, create employee files, and arrange system and training access

* Manage employee compliance documentation (ID, qualifications, NDIS checks, certifications, etc.)

* Maintain accurate and up-to-date digital personnel records

* Track compliance expiries and follow up proactively

* Respond to internal HR queries and provide general HR administrative support

* Assist in improving HR processes and documentation

What We’re Looking For:

* Minimum 5 years of experience in HR administration, onboarding, or people operations

* Highly organised with strong attention to detail

* Excellent written English communication skills

* Ability to follow structured processes independently

* Familiarity with HRIS or document management systems
