Role Overview

HR & Stakeholder Relations Intern

Key Responsibilities

Human Resources Functions:

• Assist in sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews for various roles
• Support onboarding and induction processes for new hires
• Maintain HR documentation, employee records, and attendance
• Assist in organizing training sessions and team-building activities

Stakeholder Relations Functions:

• Coordinate society meetings, client interactions, and developer discussions with the project team
• Maintain records of stakeholder communications and meeting notes
• Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and reports for clients
• Support the public relations team in managing external communications and follow-ups

Qualifications & Skills Required

• Graduate / Final-year student in HR, Business Administration, Communications, or related field
• Excellent communication skills in Marathi, Hindi & English (mandatory for client interactions)
• Good interpersonal skills and presentable personality
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Willingness to travel locally for meetings/events if required

Stipend & Benefits

• Stipend: ?5,000 ?15,000/month (based on performance)
• Internship Certificate & Letter of Recommendation upon completion
• Opportunity for full-time placement based on performance
• Direct exposure to HR and stakeholder engagement in the
