HR Specialist (Internal)

Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for internal roles across business functions.
• Source and evaluate candidates through Job Portals, LinkedIn, Referrals, and Internal Databases.
• Conduct initial screening, competency evaluation, salary discussion, and interview scheduling.
• Work closely with Hiring Managers to define role requirements and selection criteria.

2. Interview Coordination & Stakeholder Management:

• Coordinate interview rounds with internal panels and maintain structured follow-ups.
• Ensure smooth candidate experience at every stage.
• Share periodic candidate pipeline and hiring status updates with leadership.

3. Offer Roll-Out & Onboarding:

• Coordinate offer discussions, negotiation, and finalizations.
• Prepare and share LOIs/Offer Letters.
• Conduct pre-onboarding engagement and ensure documentation completeness.

4. Workflow Automation & HR Systems (KEKA):

• Manage hiring and onboarding workflows through KEKA HRMS.
• Automate:

o Offer issuance
o Joining checklistso Employee document repository

5. Induction & Employee Integration:

• Conduct Day 1 Induction & Welcome Session.
• Facilitate department introductions and ensure smooth handover to operations.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Min. 2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition/HR Recruitment (in-house or staffing).
• Strong communication, negotiation & decision-making skills.
• Hands-on experience with KEKA HRMS or similar HR workflow platforms
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
• MBA/PGDM in HR preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
