Role Overview: You will be responsible for driving HR software sales by targeting potential clients, presenting software features, building client relationships, preparing proposals, and collaborating with the technical team for client satisfaction. Your role will also involve staying updated on market trends and competitor offerings. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and target potential clients for HR software solutions. - Present and demonstrate HR software features and benefits to prospective customers. - Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business. - Prepare proposals, negotiate deals, and close sales to meet revenue targets. - Collaborate with the technical team to ensure smooth implementation and client satisfaction. - Stay updated on market trends and competitor offerings. Qualifications Required: - Proven experience in selling HR software (e.g., Zoho HR, Keka HR, or any HRMS solution). - Strong understanding of HR processes and HRMS solutions. - Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. - Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets. - Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM tools).
