HR Shared Services Corporate Training & Induction Executive

In this role at LTIMindtree, you will be a part of the Arboretum team and represent the organization to all new joiners. Your responsibilities will include being the central point of contact for all laterals in PAN INDIA and RoW, providing support to new employees in transitioning into the work culture, building strong relationships with stakeholders and vendors, enabling positive changes in people programs, proposing value-adding changes based on business needs, designing impactful employee engagement initiatives, resolving people issues proactively, collaborating with teams, and being open to travel as per business requirements. Key Responsibilities: - Act as a single point of contact for new employees in the respective city location - Support new joiners in transitioning into the new work culture - Build strong business relationships with internal stakeholders and vendors - Facilitate positive changes in people programs - Propose changes to add value where there is a people dimension - Create and design impactful employee engagement initiatives - Collaborate with business and internal teams for effective implementation - Resolve people issues proactively and in a timely manner - Work collaboratively with teams and extended teams - Travel to different locations based on business requirements Qualifications Required: - Excellent written and spoken communication in English - High energy and enthusiasm - Team player with great agility - Good presentation skills - Stakeholder management (internal/external) - Time management and priorities management skills - Creative, analytical, and problem-solving skills - Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint Additionally, you must possess: - High integrity with impressive business acumen - Ability to deliver results within stipulated timeframes - Strong multitasking and independence - Digital savvy with basic technical skills to support AI initiatives This job at LTIMindtree offers you the opportunity to be a key player in engaging new employees, driving positive changes, and contributing to the growth and success of the organization.,
