We are looking for a dynamic and motivated HR & Sales Intern who is passionate about real estate and career growth. While the role includes basic HR coordination tasks, the primary focus will be on property sales, client handling, and lead conversion.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls for property inquiries
• Schedule and coordinate property site visits
• Assist in HR functions like recruitment, screening, and onboarding
• Follow up with potential clients and maintain communication
• Support property sales strategy and generate leads
• Maintain CRM and sales reports
• Help in marketing activities (online/field-based if required)

Eligibility Criteria

✔ Graduate/Undergraduate can apply
✔ Freshers or 6 months experience in sales/HR preferred✔ Good communication and convincing skills✔ Knowledge of MS Office & basic computer skills✔ Should be confident, proactive, and target-focused✔ Interest in Real Estate Industry is a plus

Stipend / Salary:

₹10,000 – ₹15,000 (Performance-based incentives available)
