Job Description

You will be responsible for handling APAC/UK calls, tickets, and emails, including preparing various letters and addressing queries related to PF, insurance, policies, and background checks. On a typical day, you will: - Take calls - Work on tickets and emails - Prepare appointment letters and other letters for APAC/UK - Handle ER checks and background verification emails - Manage mat/pat cases of APAC/UK - Work on reports - Liaise with vendors for PF and insurance-related questions We are looking for individuals with the following qualifications: - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - 3+ years of experience in HR - Ability to take on additional responsibilities - Exceptional time management, organizational, prioritization, and follow-up skills - Experience in supporting a remote employee population or working in a shared service environment Location: Gurgaon, India Amex GBT offers a #TeamGBT experience that includes flexible benefits tailored to each country, travel perks, global tuition assistance, leadership courses, and prioritized job openings for internal candidates.
