Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment for retail positions (store staff, sales executives, supervisors, store managers, HO roles).Partner with retail business leaders to understand hiring needs and workforce planning.Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and campus drives.Conduct screening, interviews, and coordination with hiring managers.Manage bulk hiring for frontline staff across multiple stores/regions.Maintain recruitment dashboards, MIS reports, and ensure adherence to timelines.Drive employer branding initiatives for retail talent attraction.Ensure smooth onboarding and handover to HR operations team.
