Job Description

Role & responsibilities:

Recruitment:

  • Full recruitment lifecycle: job briefs, sourcing, screening, scheduling and conducting interviews.
  • Coordinate assessments, background checks and offer negotiations.
  • Manage candidate onboarding docs, appointment letters, induction and joining formalities.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines and shortlists for critical roles.
  • Track recruitment metrics and improve hiring turnaround time.

HR Operations & Admin:

  • Plan and execute events, recognition programs, townhalls and employee surveys.
  • Receive, investigate and resolve employee complaints in coordination with management; maintain confidentiality.
  • Attendance & leave management: monitor, reconcile attendance, manage leaves and escalation of anomalies.
  • Payroll support: compile inputs (attendance, allowances, deductions), coordinate with payroll vendor/finance and resolve payroll queries.
  • HR documentation & records: maintain personnel files, offer letters, appointment letters, exit documentation and HRIS updates.
  • Policy implementation & compliance: ensure employees follow HR policies, assist in updating SOPs and basic statutory record keeping.
  • Vendor coordination, asset allocation, ID cards, and basic facilities support.

Preferred candidate profile

  • 24 years of HR experience with majority time spent on recruitment + exposure to HR operations/admin.
  • Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Good organisation skills, attention to detail and ability to handle confidential matters.
  • Comfortable with MS Office, Google Workspace and familiar with any HRIS/ATS.
  • Problem-solver, stakeholder management orientation and ability to work independently.
  • Immediate/relatively quick joiners preferred.
