Job Description

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Assist in sourcing and screening candidates through various channels, such as job boards, social media, and networking events. 2. Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers. 3. Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications and fit for open positions. 4. Collaborate with hiring managers to ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. 5. Assist in the development of recruitment strategies and initiatives to attract top talent. 6. Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment tracking systems. 7. Participate in recruitment events, career fairs, and employer branding activities to promote our company and attract potential candidates. 8. Open to learn and do market research about the latest trends in the technology business. 9. Willingness to research about various sourcing techniques in open-source Location - Remote, Delhi NCR, Bangalore, Chennai, Pune, Kolkata, Ahmedabad, Mumbai, Hyderabad
