HR Recruiter/Coordinator

As an HR Recruiter/Coordinator, your primary responsibility will be to engage with walk-in and telephonic inquiries effectively. You will be required to assess student needs and recommend appropriate IT training programs. A key aspect of your role will involve devising recruitment strategies utilizing job boards, social media platforms, professional networks, and other mediums to attract top talent in the IT field. Additionally, you will play a supportive role in organizing events, workshops, and placement drives. Coordinating training schedules between trainers and students will also be part of your duties. It will be essential to maintain detailed records of inquiries, admissions, and attendance, as well as manage student documentation efficiently. Collaboration with trainers for sessions and collecting student feedback will also be a crucial aspect of your role. To excel in this position, you should possess a bachelor's degree in business administration, human resources, or a related field. Any additional certifications in HR administration or recruitment will be considered advantageous. Previous experience in recruitment, particularly in the IT sector, is preferred. Familiarity with IT responsibilities, technologies, and industry trends will be beneficial. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential, along with the ability to engage effectively with candidates and hiring managers. You should demonstrate excellent time-management and organizational skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Collaboration with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to achieve recruitment goals will also be part of your role. This is a full-time, permanent position based in Indore.
