Role Overview: As a Recruitment Specialist, you will be responsible for leading sourcing, headhunting, and placement activities for both IT and non-IT functions. You will collaborate with business heads to define hiring needs, manage candidate pipelines, screen and interview candidates, and ensure smooth onboarding processes. Your role will also involve delivering hiring analytics, maintaining fair recruitment practices, and coordinating with US management for effective communication. Key Responsibilities: - Lead sourcing, headhunting, and placement for IT and non-IT roles - Partner with business heads to identify hiring needs and define role requirements - Manage candidate pipelines using ATS tools - Screen, interview, and assess candidates for various technical and non-technical positions - Coordinate hiring processes with US management for seamless communication - Provide regular hiring analytics and process improvement reports - Ensure compliant, inclusive, and fair recruitment practices - Guide smooth onboarding for new hires in technical and non-technical roles Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a relevant discipline - Minimum 1 year of recruitment experience with expertise in IT and non-IT hiring - Proficiency in ATS tools such as Greenhouse, Lever, JazzHR, Zoho Recruit - Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, especially with US-based leadership - Experience in headhunting and direct sourcing for diverse roles Additional Company Details: The company offers a range of benefits including commuter assistance, flexible schedule, health insurance, leave encashment, life insurance, paid sick time, paid time off, provident fund, and work from home options.
