Job Summary:

The HR Recruiter is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding qualified candidates. The role involves close coordination with hiring managers to understand job requirements, attract top talent, and ensure a smooth hiring experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand hiring requirements for various roles from department heads or clients.

• Source candidates through multiple channels such as job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed), referrals, and databases.

• Screen resumes and conduct preliminary interviews to assess candidate suitability.

• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

• Maintain candidate databases and track recruitment metrics (TAT, offer-to-join ratio, etc.).

• Prepare and issue offer letters, negotiate salaries when required, and manage onboarding formalities.

• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for future requirements.

• Support employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.

• Stay updated on current recruiting trends and best practices.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Excellent sourcing and networking abilities.

• Good understanding of job portals, Boolean search, and social media recruitment.

• Ability to multitask and manage deadlines.

• Proficiency in MS Office and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).

• High level of professionalism and integrity.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

• MBA/PGDM in HR is preferred.
