Manage full-cycle recruitment for various roles from understanding job requirements to candidate onboarding.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, internal databases, and referrals.
Screen resumes, conduct telephonic and in-person interviews, and evaluate candidates fitment.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Handle offer negotiations and ensure smooth onboarding of selected candidates.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for future hiring needs.
Ensure compliance with company hiring policies and labor regulations.
Support HR activities such as employee engagement, attendance tracking, and documentation when required.
Qualification: Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: 13 years of experience in recruitment (experience in blue/white-collar hiring preferred).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong sourcing skills using job portals like Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple requirements simultaneously.
