Job Description

We are looking for Immediate Joiners-

Roles and Responsibilities

Source profiles through various channels such as job portals, social media, networking, and referrals.
Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on requirements.
Conduct interviews with candidates to assess their suitability for the role.
Coordinate end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding new hires.
Manage bulk hiring campaigns for multiple positions simultaneously.

Desired Candidate Profile

1-2 years of experience in BPO recruitment or related field.
Strong understanding of BPO industry trends and market dynamics.
Excellent communication skills with ability to coordinate with clients effectively.
Proficiency in screening resumes, conducting interviews, and managing candidate pipelines.

Perks and Benefits

Salary up to 3 to 4.5LPA (Salary is totally depend over Experience)
