Job Description

We are seeking proactive and driven HR Recruiters to manage the end-to-end recruitment process. Whether you are a fresher or have up to 5 years of experience, this role offers opportunities to learn, grow, and contribute to building strong talent pipelines for diverse industries.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle (sourcing to onboarding).
Source candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, and internal databases.
Screen resumes and conduct preliminary HR interviews.
Coordinate with hiring managers and business heads to understand role requirements.
Schedule and follow up on interviews with candidates and interview panels.
Maintain and update candidate records in ATS / internal systems.
Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients.
Achieve weekly and monthly hiring targets.
Support employer branding and campus recruitment initiatives (as required).

Requirements

Bachelor's / Master's degree (BBA, MBA HR, or equivalent).
05 years of experience in recruitment / talent acquisition (freshers with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Familiarity with job portals (Naukri, Shine, LinkedIn, etc.).
Good knowledge of MS Office tools.
Experience in recruitment consultancy / staffing firm will be an added advantage.
