Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Understand job requirements and create/revise job descriptions.
  • Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and networking.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic or video interviews.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
  • Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records.
  • Follow up with candidates throughout the selection process.
  • Manage offer rollouts and joining formalities.
  • Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 0–2 years of experience in recruitment
  • Proficient in MS Office and familiar with job portals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
