Job Title: HR Recruiter + Telecaller

Location: Hubli, Karnataka
Salary: ₹8,000 – ₹12,000 per month
Gender Preference: Female Candidates Only
Experience: Freshers or experienced candidates welcome
Working Days: 6 days a week

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and confident HR Recruiter + Telecaller to join our team in Hubli. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling recruitment activities and making outbound calls for various campaigns or business purposes.

Key Responsibilities:

HR Recruitment:

• Sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals
• Screening resumes and scheduling interviews
• Coordinating and following up with candidates
• Maintaining recruitment-related records and reports

Telecalling:

• Making outbound calls to potential candidates/clients as per company requirements
• Explaining job roles or services offered by the company
• Maintaining call logs and follow-up records
• Ensuring a high level of professionalism and communication on all calls

Requirements:

• Good communication skills in Kannada, Hindi, and English
• Basic knowledge of MS Office or Google Sheets
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to multitask and work in a team environment
