HR Recruiter (Lead) Academics Hiring

Job Description: As an HR Recruiter (Lead) at Physics Wallah, you will play a crucial role in our Academics Hiring team. You will be responsible for leading a team of recruiters, managing end-to-end hiring for academic positions, and contributing to the growth and success of our organization. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and manage a team of recruiters focused on hiring for academic roles such as Educators and SMEs. - Drive the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and closing offers. - Develop and execute recruitment strategies that align with the company's goals. - Utilize HRMS tools, specifically Darwinbox, for effective tracking and reporting of recruitment metrics. - Collaborate with business stakeholders to forecast hiring needs and build strong candidate pipelines. - Maintain recruitment dashboards and reports using Excel and related tools. - Provide training, guidance, and motivation to junior team members to ensure their success. - Prioritize providing a seamless candidate experience and ensuring timely closures of open positions. Key Requirements: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment, with at least 1 year in a lead or team handling role. - Proven experience in academic or edtech hiring is essential for this position. - Proficiency in Excel for reporting, dashboards, and tracking recruitment metrics. - Hands-on experience with HRMS tools, preferably Darwinbox. - Strong leadership and team management skills are critical for success in this role. - Excellent communication, organizational, and negotiation skills are required. - High level of motivation, ownership, and a performance-driven mindset are expected.
