HR Recruiter Intern

Role Description: This is a full-time on-site role for a Recruitment Specialist

The Recruitment Specialist will be responsible for hiring. Interviewing candidates regularly, training staff on recruiting procedures and policies, and managing the recruitment process from start to finish.

• Managing recruiting activities from various institutions, agencies , portals and internal references.
• Hiring, Recruiting, and Communication skills
• Experience in interviewing and identifying top talent
• Training and mentoring skills
• Bachelors or Masters Degree in HR or related field
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• A keen understanding of recruitment processes, techniques, and standard.
