HR Recruiter- Intern

• Job posting: Draft and post job descriptions on various online platforms, company websites, and social media.
• Candidate sourcing and screening: Source candidates through online channels and screen resumes to identify qualified applicants for job vacancies.
• Interview coordination: Schedule interviews and coordinate calendars with candidates and hiring managers.
• Candidate management: Maintain the applicant tracking system (ATS) and other candidate databases with updated information.
• Communication: Act as a point of contact for candidates, responding to inquiries and managing communication throughout the hiring process.
• Onboarding support: Assist with the onboarding process for new hires, which may include preparing materials and data entry.

Job Type: Internship
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹10,001.00 per month
