HR Recruiter (Hindi Speaking Females only)

You should have the capability to recruit a large number of candidates within a short period of time. Your responsibilities will include sourcing potential candidates through various channels such as job fairs, job portals, on-campus/off-campus drives, etc. Additionally, you will be required to screen candidates" resumes and job applications, conduct interviews (telephonic/in-person), review applicants" documents, and perform background checks. The work timings for this position are from 9.30 a.m. to 6.00 p.m. from Monday to Saturday. To be eligible for this role, you must be a female candidate with an MBA in HR, Any Graduate, or a PG Diploma in HR. You should have proven experience as an HR Recruiter (1-3 years) and exposure to BPO/ITES recruitments would be considered an added advantage. Excellent oral and written communication skills are essential, and the ability to speak in any regional language will be an added advantage. Immediate joiners are preferred.
