Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for recruitment and hiring: Sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding employees.

2. Foster a positive working environment by taking steps to increase employee engagement.

Minimum Requirements:

1. Proven experience as an HR recruiter for a minimum of one year.

2. Full understanding of Human Resources Management Policies, Systems, and best practices.

4. In-depth knowledge of employment legislation and regulation.

5. Proficient in MS Office; Knowledge of HRMS is a plus.

6. Exceptional analytic and problem-solving abilities.

7. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
