Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic male HR Recruiter (fresher) to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a proactive attitude, and a keen interest in talent acquisition and recruitment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in sourcing and screening candidates from job portals, social media, and referrals
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with department managers
• Maintain recruitment trackers and daily reports
• Build candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs
• Coordinate and support onboarding formalities
• Maintain strong communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process

Requirements:

• Graduate in any stream (MBA HR preferred but not mandatory)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Male candidates preferred due to shift availability and departmental requirements
• Proficient in MS Office and email communication
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
• Willingness to learn and grow within the HR domain
