Industry & Sector:

Healthcare Multi-speciality Hospital sector. A fast-paced, patient-centric hospital in Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh is expanding clinical and operational teams and needs an experienced on-site HR Recruiter to own hospital staffing end-to-end. This is an on-site role in Ghaziabad, UP (India) focused on hiring across medical, nursing, allied health and support functions.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for hospital roles source, screen, interview, coordinate medical/technical assessments, extend offers and drive timely onboarding for clinical & non-clinical positions.
  • Source high-quality candidates using LinkedIn, Naukri, job boards, referral networks and local campus/clinical contacts; maintain an active talent pipeline for hard-to-fill specialities.
  • Partner with department heads and hiring managers to define job requirements, create accurate JD templates, schedule interviews and ensure role-fit through structured assessments.
  • Administer pre-employment checks: medical credential verification, reference checks, background screening and ensure compliance with hospital policies and statutory requirements.
  • Operate and maintain ATS/HRIS records, produce hiring metrics (time-to-hire,source-effectiveness), and deliver weekly recruitment dashboards to HR leadership.
  • Drive candidate experience initiatives timely communication, smooth offer negotiation, and coordinated onboarding (documents, inductions,roster alignment).

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have
  • 25 years of hands-on recruitment experience, ideally within multi-speciality hospitals or healthcare staffing agencies.
  • Proven track record hiring clinical roles (doctors, nurses, technicians) and support staff with strong sourcing and screening skills.
  • Expertise with LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri/Indeed, ATS tools and MS Office; strong candidate database management skills.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management and negotiation skills; comfortable engaging medical professionals and department heads.

Preferred

  • Familiarity with local labour laws, medical credentialing processes and experience with background/verification vendors.
  • Prior experience recruiting in Ghaziabad/Delhi NCR or UP region and handling shift/roster hiring is a plus.
