About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated HR Recruiter with at least 1 year of recruitment experience to join our Technical Consultancy team. The candidate will be responsible for hiring candidates from various portals and managing the end-to-end recruitment process.
Key Responsibilities:
Source candidates from multiple job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.)
Screen and shortlist profiles for technical positions
Schedule and coordinate interviews
Maintain candidate database and recruitment reports
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year experience in recruitment (technical hiring preferred)
Good communication & interpersonal skills
Knowledge of sourcing techniques and job portals
