Source candidates from multiple job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.)Screen and shortlist profiles for technical positionsSchedule and coordinate interviewsMaintain candidate database and recruitment reports

Requirements

Minimum 1 year experience in recruitment (technical hiring preferred)Good communication interpersonal skillsKnowledge of sourcing techniques and job portals
