Job Summary:

We are looking for a passionate and dynamic HR Recruiter to manage our full-cycle recruitment process, from identifying potential hires to interviewing and evaluating candidates. The ideal candidate will have experience in screening candidates, building pipelines, and creating a positive candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and role requirements
• Post job openings on various job boards, social media, and internal platforms
• Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g., LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed)
• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screens
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams
• Assist in crafting job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position’s requirements
• Provide timely feedback to candidates and hiring managers
• Maintain and update candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
• Assist in employer branding initiatives and job fair planning when needed
• Track key recruiting metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, source of hire)

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong decision-making and organizational skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹9,502.24 - ₹16,000.00 per month
