Job Description

About the Role:We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented HR Recruiter to join our team. The HR Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing candidates across various clients, ensuring that recruitment targets are met within timelines. The ideal candidate should have strong networking skills, knowledge of hiring processes, and the ability to handle multiple mandates at once. Key Responsibilities: Understand client requirements, job descriptions, and hiring needs. Source potential candidates through job portals, social media, networking, and headhunting. Screen resumes, conduct telephonic/virtual interviews, and shortlist candidates. Coordinate with clients and schedule interviews between clients and candidates. Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers. Ensure timely follow-up with both candidates and clients. Negotiate salary and joining dates when required. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates. Stay updated with industry trends and market intelligence.
