Job Description

Company: Ease One Pay Solutions Pvt. Ltd.

Location: Mumbai (Malad)

Experience: 1–2 years (preferred)

Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition: Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals.
Interview Coordination: Schedule and conduct interviews, manage communication between candidates and hiring managers.
Onboarding: Ensure smooth onboarding of new hires, including documentation and induction.
Database Management: Maintain and update candidate records and recruitment reports.
Employer Branding: Promote Ease One Pay as an employer of choice through effective communication and engagement.
Compliance: Ensure recruitment processes adhere to company policies and labor laws.
Collaboration: Work closely with team leads and managers to understand hiring needs and deliver results.

Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience (1–3 years) in recruitment, preferably in BFSI/Fintech/Service industry.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple requirements and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with HR software/ATS.
