For Freshers:

Graduates / Postgraduates in HR, Business Administration, or equivalent fields.
Prior internship or a minimum of 3 months of recruitment exposure preferred.

For Experienced Candidates:

Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment for MNCs, BPOs, Healthcare, or related industries.
Ability to multitask and manage bulk or niche hiring efficiently.
Strong client and candidate coordination skills.
