Position Description We are looking for a fresher recruiter to join our HR department who will play a key role in sourcing, screening, and hiring top-tier industry talent. As a recruiter, you will be responsible for evaluating and selecting candidates with the right cultural fit and skills that are vital to our company s growth. Responsibilities And Duties Collaborate with departmental managers, HR & management to understand the latest candidate requirements. Write and post job descriptions on recruitment websites or company portals. Craft and send personalised recruiting emails with current job openings to active/ passive candidates Source qualified candidates from different job portals, internal databases, social media and references. Screen and filter out candidates by evaluating as per the latest company standards. Analyze a candidate s capabilities via pre-screening assessments and calls. Conduct interviews using a variety of methods video, in-person, walk-in drives Keeping track of all applicants as well as keeping applicants informed on the application process Assisting HR department in relevant paperwork Assisting HR department in operational tasks Requirements Bachelors or Master s degree preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Prior internship experience as an HR Recruiter will be an added advantage. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong understanding of recruitment process and platforms. Ability to maintain confidentiality. Analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams Should possess excellent communication skills
