HR Recruiter (BFSI domain)

As an HR Recruiter with minimum 3+ years of experience in the BFSI domain, your role will involve managing the end-to-end recruitment process for BFSI roles. This includes sourcing candidates through various channels such as job portals, social media, networking, and employee referrals. You will be responsible for driving bulk hiring for sales, operations, and support functions, as well as screening and shortlisting resumes based on job requirements. Coordinating interviews, assessments, and feedback with candidates and hiring managers will also be part of your responsibilities. Additionally, you will need to maintain candidate pipelines for future requirements, ensure timely offer rollouts, documentation, and smooth onboarding, as well as maintain recruitment trackers and MIS reports. Building strong relationships with stakeholders to understand business needs is crucial in this role.
