Key Responsibilities: Understand hiring needs and job specifications in collaboration with department managers. Source potential candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels. Screen resumes and job applications to evaluate candidates' qualifications. Conduct initial telephonic/video interviews to assess candidate suitability. Schedule interviews with hiring managers and coordinate the interview process. Maintain and update candidate records in the recruitment database. Provide feedback to candidates at various stages of the hiring process. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey. Develop and maintain relationships with job seekers and potential future candidates. Stay updated on trends in recruitment, labor laws, and best practices.
