Job Responsibilities

    for Front Line Sales and Feet-on-Street (FOS) roles.
  • Understand NBFC sales profiles, especially

    field sales executives

  • Conduct screening, interviews, and assessments focused on sales competencies.
  • Partner with hiring managers to define manpower requirements and role expectations.
  • Ensure quick turnaround on open positions while maintaining quality hires.

  • Build and maintain a strong
