Key Responsibilities

Sourcing and screening candidates using various job portals and social media platforms
Coordinating interviews and managing candidate communication
Understanding client requirements across
IT and Non-IT domains
Maintaining and updating candidate databases
Conducting initial HR rounds and scheduling assessments

Eligibility Criteria

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in using
Naukri.com
or other recruitment platforms
Strong interpersonal and coordination skills
Ability to handle pressure and work on multiple job-roles cross various industries
Knowledge of recruitment life-cycle is a plus

Assessment Process

Candidates will be required to take
2 technical/aptitude assessments
before the final interview round
