Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven HR Recruiter to join our Human Resources team in a dynamic and fast-paced real estate environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent across various functions such as sales,

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for roles across the organization.
Partner with department heads to understand hiring needs and role requirements.
Source and screen resumes using job portals, social media, and referrals.
Conduct initial HR interviews and coordinate technical/departmental interviews.
Maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.

Requirements

Freshers only (no prior experience required)
Age limit: below 26 years
Immediate joiners preferred
Minimum qualification: 12th pass

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹12,244.86 - ₹18,239.41 per month
