Job Summary

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Establish selection criteria and assess candidate eligibility according to role specifications.
  • Source and attract candidates

    with a Non voice (email and chat) and Voice background through various job portals and professional networks.
  • Plan and execute

    the complete interview and selection process, including screening, assessments, and in-person interviews.
  • Review and evaluate candidate profiles

    (resumes, contact details, and other information)
  • Build, manage, and maintain

    a robust recruitment pipeline and candidate database to support the onboarding process.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum

    1 year of experience

    as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or in a similar role.
  • Proven experience in hiring for both

    Non-Voice (Email and Chat)

    and

    Voice

    processes.
  • Proficient in using job portals

    , resume databases, and professional networking platforms for candidate sourcing.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

    with strong attention to detail.
  • Bachelors degree

    in Human Resources Management or a related field (or equivalent qualification).
