Job Summary : We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Human Resources team and oversee the end-to-end recruitment process. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing and attracting talent with a Non-Voice background (Email and Chat processes) and Voice background. The role requires a strategic mindset to develop long-term hiring plans and the ability to build strong relationships with both current and prospective candidates. Roles & Responsibilities: Establish selection criteria and assess candidate eligibility according to role specifications. Source and attract candidates with a Non voice (email and chat) and Voice background through various job portals and professional networks. Plan and execute the complete interview and selection process, including screening, assessments, and in-person interviews. Review and evaluate candidate profiles (resumes, contact details, and other information) Build, manage, and maintain a robust recruitment pipeline and candidate database to support the onboarding process. Qualifications: Minimum 1 year of experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or in a similar role. Proven experience in hiring for both Non-Voice (Email and Chat) and Voice processes. Proficient in using job portals , resume databases, and professional networking platforms for candidate sourcing. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong attention to detail. Bachelors degree in Human Resources Management or a related field (or equivalent qualification). Work Details: Job Type : In-office Timings :Monday to Friday (10:00 AM - 07:00 PM)

About the Role: As a Supervisor in a fast-paced BPO environment, you will be responsible for leading, motivating, and managing a team of associates to deliver exceptional customer support and meet business objectives. You will ensure service excellence through performance management, quality monitoring, process improvements, and stakeholder collaboration. Key Responsibilities: Supervise day-to-day operations of the team, ensuring adherence to SLAs, KPIs, and quality standards. Monitor performance metrics and provide regular feedback, coaching, and mentoring to team members. Conduct quality audits and ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and client requirements. Handle escalations effectively, providing timely resolution while maintaining customer satisfaction. Prepare performance reports, track progress, and share updates with management and stakeholders. Drive continuous improvement by identifying process gaps and implementing corrective actions. Facilitate team huddles, training sessions, and knowledge-sharing activities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business goals and improve service delivery. Foster a positive and motivating team environment, promoting employee engagement and professional growth. Key Skills & Competencies Strong leadership and people management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficient in MS Office Suite and Google Workspace, with basic working knowledge of JIRA. Effective problem-solving and decision-making under pressure. Preferred Qualifications: Graduate in any discipline. Prior experience in BPO operations (voice/non-voice, customer support, or back-office). 12 years of experience in a supervisory or team lead role.
