About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented HR Recruiter to join our Human Resources team in Delhi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the complete recruitment cycle — from sourcing to onboarding — with hands-on experience in both bulk hiring (entry to mid-level) and leadership hiring (managerial to senior roles).

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for multiple departments and functions.
• Manage bulk hiring drives for operations, sales, and support roles.
• Conduct leadership hiring for mid to senior-level positions using advanced sourcing strategies.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and workforce planning.
• Use various sourcing channels — job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, social media, and networking — to identify top talent.
• Screen, interview, and shortlist candidates based on role requirements.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews, manage feedback, and ensure timely closures.
• Maintain recruitment dashboards and MIS reports.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Support onboarding activities and collaborate with HR operations as needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of recruitment experience, with proven exposure to bulk and leadership hiring.
• Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques, ATS tools, and job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.).

Pay: Up to ₹30,369.28 per month
