Role Overview: As an HR Platforms MI Analyst at Bangalore, India, you will be part of the HR Workforce Planning & Analytics Platforms team responsible for providing a cutting-edge platform to support HR planning and analytics functions. Your primary role will involve driving the bank's initiative to enhance efficient data-driven decision-making through the utilization of advanced data analytics technologies such as Prism, Adaptive Insights, People Analytics, and similar tools from Workday.
