Job Description

HR Payroll Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

Manage accurate and timely payroll processing for employees in accordance with internal policies and statutory guidelines.
Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws, tax regulations, and audit requirements.
Maintain and update payroll data including employee records, earnings, deductions, leave, and attendance.
Handle reconciliations, monthly payroll reports, and support audits.
Address and resolve employee queries related to salary, tax, and deductions.
Work with HR and Finance teams to ensure seamless payroll coordination.
Stay up to date with payroll trends, changes in tax regulations, and compliance norms.
