HR Payroll Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage accurate and timely payroll processing for employees in accordance with internal policies and statutory guidelines.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws, tax regulations, and audit requirements.
  • Maintain and update payroll data including employee records, earnings, deductions, leave, and attendance.
  • Handle reconciliations, monthly payroll reports, and support audits.
  • Address and resolve employee queries related to salary, tax, and deductions.
  • Work with HR and Finance teams to ensure seamless payroll coordination.
  • Stay up to date with payroll trends, changes in tax regulations, and compliance norms.
