Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Enter and update employee details and information into the HR system/database accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Maintain and update personal files of employees with all required documents, ensuring completeness and accuracy.
  • Scan, digitize, and archive all employee-related letters, certificates, and hard copy documents.
  • Organize and maintain the compactor/storage system for physical employee files and ensure proper indexing for easy retrieval.
  • Ensure confidentiality and secure handling of all employee records and documents.
  • Coordinate with HR team members for providing employee records as and when required.
  • Conduct periodic checks to ensure all documents are up-to-date and stored correctly (both physical and digital).
  • Support in preparing reports, summaries, or employee data sheets as per HR requirements.
