💼 Job Opportunity: HR Operations Associate

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage escalations/inquiries in a timely manner
  • Execute repeatable processes with accuracy and quality
  • Run data audits, ensure data quality, and work with HR partners to correct errors
  • Partner with shared services vendors for mass uploads and system configurations
  • Troubleshoot HR systems issues
  • Identify process issues and engage stakeholders for resolution
  • Prioritize tasks with the team lead
  • Handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree (preferably with specialization in HR)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability to build trusting relationships and interact/negotiating with stakeholders
  • Knowledge of Workday, Business Objects, HR onboarding applications, Taleo, and HR reporting is a plus
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving

  • Workday
  • Taleo (or similar ATS)
